About Easy Leap Theatre Co.

Easy Leap Theatre Company, founded in 2013, is a New York City-based theatre company dedicated to interpreting classical text through the lens of contemporary youth-culture.

What your funds provide

Much Ado will be presented as part of a large repertory lineup of plays within The Brick's Shakespeare in the Theater Festival. We are more than happy to approach the play within the bare-bones aesthetic context of this festival, and allow the text and the performers to do our conceptual heavy-lifting.

To that end, we strongly feel that artists' talent should always be recognized, and their time be appropriately compensated. The vast majority of the funds we raise from this campaign will directly stipend our performing artists, and the remainder will ensure that they are costumed and have the minimal props required. We appreciate your support of our company's work.
