Funeral fund for Dzhoana Ivanova

UPDATE: We have received an update that with the support that the family has received outside of this campaign along with the contributions we have received thus far, we do not need any further support for the Funeral fund for Dzhoana Ivanova.
The family has expressed their deep gratitude to the hundreds of people who have shared and donated to this fund. We all cannot express our gratitude enough and have been overwhelmed with everyone's kindness.
The transfer of the funds to Dzhoana's parents will be handled directly by Nadia Bojinov, who is Dzhoana's aunt and the sister of Dzhoana's father Vanio Ivanov.
On Friday, October 27th we lost our beloved Dzhoana (Joana) Ivanova in a car accident. Dzhoana was loved by so many people across the world. She was born and raised in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. She was extremely close with her immediate and extended family, and loved her parents and younger sister Angie deeply.
Dzhoana moved to Berea, Kentucky for college in 2014. The impact she had on her Berea community during that short time is evident from the overwhelming outpour of love and condolences shared via phone calls, texts, Facebook posts, and e-mails.
From Bulgaria, to California, to Kentucky, and anywhere in between, Dzhoana lit up people's lives with her big, genuine smile and infectious laughter. She had a love for life and people, she cared deeply for all of those around her. Dzhoana lived life to the fullest, always up for any adventure with her friends and family, while still having tremendous focus and dedication to her education. She had dreams of moving to California after graduating this year with her degree in Computer Science and a minor in Chemistry.
Her family is struggling with the most difficult loss of their lives, and words cannot describe the pain that they are dealing with at this time. The last thing that we want for the family to worry or deal with at this time is any financial burdens.
The funds raised will go directly to Dzhoana's parents, Svetlana and Vanio Ivanov. We extend our deepest gratitude to those who offer their support to the family during this difficult time.
