We want to THANK YOU for helping Luke get closer to meeting his personal goal of $1,000 for participation in his robotics team - The LuNaTeCs, Team #316!! The $260 that you had graciously given last year means that he's just $240 shy of meeting his goal, due Thursday, March 2, 2017! If he can meet this goal, then he can go along with the team on their overmight competition trips - something he's REALLY been looking forward to!!

Here's some history on this awesome team:
Robotics Team #316, The LuNaTeCs - This team is focused and driven!
LUNATECS GIVE BACK! :) The LuNaTeCs worked on and provided the Delaware Easter Seals with a 2nd custom device that enables disabled persons to play in a sport that they otherwise could not enjoy, such as volleyball and basketball. When activated, the robotic device serves/throws the ball for the participant!
The members of 316 LuNaTeCs also share their love of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) with elementary aged kids in their communities. They attend Back to School nights displaying their robot and engaging younger students in STEM, helping young minds to understand that STEM is far from boring bookwork! They inspire the kids with their robot and show them practical applications to what they're learning in school. They're teaching the students in a fun learning environment and the kids don't even realize that they're "learning"!
The LuNaTeCs are part of South Jersey Robotics, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization engaging their community for the love of STEM.
