Jett Everly Young Memorial

Our friends Jordan and Katelyn got married on 11/12/13 and as some of you may know, on December 16th, 2015, they had a beautiful baby daughter, Jett Young.  What you might not know is that Jett was born with aortic stenosis, a serious condition restricting blood flow from the heart.
Since birth, this precious little girl has had to have 3 heart surgeries which haven't helped her condition. Doctors now believe she needs a heart transplant. Because of her size and condition, she is currently first on the list to receive a new heart. She was airlifted from Children's Hospital in the Twin Cities to Mayo Hospital in Rochester, MN on January 20th, 2016.

Jordan and Katelyn have been really strong throughout this incomprehensible experience, but I know that Jordan was recently laid off. He has since found a new job but their health insurance was impacted and the past and future medical costs are well beyond what their new insurance policy will cover.

Please keep Jett and her parents in your thoughts and prayers and if you have the ability, please help contribute (any amount you can) to her heart transplant. I know that they would really appreciate it.
