Disabled Parents need help renting

My parents are both disabled.
My father has multiple health problems, including a heart condition and several fractured vertebrae in his lower back. He needs heart surgery as well as back surgery, but the doctors cannot decide which would be best to do first.
My mother has Charcot Marie Toothe Syndrome, a form of muscular dystrophy. Because of this she has balance issues and has fallen and injured herself multiple times. Right now her doctor is wanting to schedule her for knee surgery.
In 2016 my father was hospitalized multiple times. He was life-flighted to two different hospitals on multiple occasions. They put him into a medically induced coma 5 of those times. He still has a lot of issues. Because of the injury to his back there are times that he loses feeling in his legs and falls. We have had to call the ambulance multiple times in the past few months from him falling and hitting his head.
Because of my father's medical issues, myself and my children have moved in to help care for him, especially with my mother needing knee surgery. This was already a very tight financial situation, but we managed to make it work.
On April 24, 2017 UPS delivered an envelope address to the landlord, but it also said Current Occupant. Something told me that I needed to open this envelope rather than calling the landlord to get it, like I have done with previous envelopes that have come. It is a good thing that I did.
That envelope contained paperwork from a legal office, representing a bank. I found out through that paperwork that the house that we are currently living in his been foreclosed on. When we contacted the landlord he made it seem like it was no big deal to him. He accepted no responsibility for what has happened, and did not even offer my parents their deposit back.
We read over the paperwork very carefully. We contacted the lawyers office. If we have moved out and clean out this house of ALL property by May 22, 2017 then they are offering us a financial package for relocation. Again, this is AFTER we move out.
If we do not accept the package and move out willing then they are going to evict us (which will just make finding another place to rent even more difficult than it already is).
Because this did take us by surprise we have had no time to save up any money to move. We can pay rent and current bills, but we have no money for a housing deposit, moving costs, or utility deposits if we have to change utility companies.
We have been looking at properties, but it's difficult because we do not have the money to pay a deposit.
Housing deposits are usually equal to a months rent, and the area we live in that is roughly $900-$1,000.
If we have to change utility companies then the electric company requires a $300-$400 deposit (depending on previous billing at new residence). Water deposit is $250.
I am trying to come up with $4,000 for the following:
$1,000 - Deposit on a house -UPDATE- We only need $500 now
$400 - Electric Deposit -UPDATE- We only need $300 now
$250 - Water Deposit -UPDATE- We only need $100 now
$419.70 - Rental of U-Box Units from U-Haul
$74.95 - Deliver of U-Box Units
$300 - Moving Assistance
$750 - Dump truck rental & Fees to haul off furniture, debris, and an attic full of things the old landlord left behind.
$400 - Move-Out Cleaning Services
$400 - Gas, Food, and Extras during the move
This whole situation has caused a great deal of stress for all of us. This is not good for my father and his heart condition. This is also not helped by the fact that I have PTSD. This has caused all of us to start to sink into a depression, although we are trying to hold onto hope that it will all work out.
My mother had an appointment with her doctor on April 27, 2017 and was supposed to schedule knee surgery but had to put that off. She cannot help with anything because it could cause more damage.
My father obviously cannot help due to his medical issues and injuries.
This leaves all of this stress resting on my shoulders, which is slowly becoming overwhelming. I am trying to deal with everything the best that I can and keep a positive outlook on everything for my children's sake.
Any and all help would be more than just appreciated. It would show us that there is hope. It would show us that we cannot let something drag us down, sometimes we have to ask for a rope and hope there is someone at the other end to help pull us back to dry land.
This would make a huge difference for two disabled people, for a mother who deals with PTSD and depression on a daily basis, and for 6 small children who do not need to face what may happen if we can't get help.
Helping us would help keep a mother with her children. It would help keep a family together. It would keep a family off of the streets and out of the shelters.
I don't think that there are words to even express the amount of gratitude that we would have. It would mean more to use than anything to be able to have the help.
