help me see

I have Stargardt's eye diesease, which effects my central vison. It is a rare form of Macular Degeneration. Only 1 out of every 100,000 people have this disorder. Instead of being age related, it's a genetic disorder. I was born with this and dianosed when I was 9 yrs old.
I recently lost almost all of my vision. It went from being 20/160 in my left eye and 20/180 in my right eye to 20/400 in both. This has prevented me from being able to ever drive and recently affected my ability to work. There are procedures that will stop the progression and may correct some of my vison loss.
