The Bostwick family welcomed their third child, Duncan James, on March 15th. However, the Bostwick's are facing a long recovery. 
A rare heart defect was discovered during Irish's regular 20 week appointment.  Later, it was determined Duncan would be life flighted to Egleston Children's Hospital after delivery at Northside Hospital.  
On March 16th, the surgeon replaced his aortic valve and closed the ventricular tunnel. The surgery went well, but this is just the first battle of a long war.
The valve will need replaced at some point down the line. This may be in a few months or years.
Irish and Jeremy have taken this diagnosis in stride.  
Now, expenses are mounting.  List wages and daily hospital cost quickly add up when you multiply parking, food, coffee by two.
It is impossible to plan a dinner and difficult to anticipate needs of Irish, Jeremy, Liam, Quinlan in advance, let alone Duncan.
