Dumpster Puppies Fundraiser

A friend heard their tiny, desperate cries. She followed the sound to a dumpster, where she discovered 2 female puppies, approximately 6-8 weeks old, in a box, discarded like trash.  Not even a blanket to keep them warm!  Rescuers stepped in to assist with vetting and temporary fostering.  Funds are needed to assist with continued vetting (additional vaccinations, spay, etc.) and care, until permanent homes are determined.  Funds will go directly to the fosters, for care, maintenance,  and vetting, as well as to to rescue organizations who are on stand-by to help, as needed.  San Diego, Channel 10 news, KGTV, will be doing a segment on this rescue at 6 P.M., on monday, 2/27/17.  The segment can also be viewed on '10news.com"  Hopefully the segment will raise awareness of the widespread abuse & neglect the animal rescue community addresses, every day.  Rescue is a never-ending, costly endeavor.  While we often spend our own money on the cats & dogs we rescue, we must also  rely on donations from the public.  If you are unable to financially contribute, please consider adopting a shelter pet or fostering a cat or dog, for a rescue.  10,000 dogs are euthanized, every day, in the United States!  PLEASE, adopt - don't shop! And spread the word to spay & neuter pets.
