My name is Mack Muir. I am starting this Go Fund Me campaign on behalf of my younger brother; Solomon, and my mother; Dolores Manning. This campaign is to help my brother with his hospital, and medical bills. My brother was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma which is a cancer of the immune system. The doctors found that he was Stage 3, and high risk.
My brother is now getting treatment in Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He has insurance, but the treatments are still expensive, and the cost of transporting him back to Nevada where he will have a larger family support system. My brother is getting his first treatment in Texas because the doctor felt that he could not afford to wait until he got back to Nevada, and got established with the local cancer treatment center.
The goal of this campaign is to help with his medical bills. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy, and will also be getting radiation treatment. While the insurance will cover some of the treatment, It is still going to be an expensive treatment for him, and so my hope that with this campaign will help my younger brother with the medical bills, and to also help him return home.
