September 29th 2015 ......,I was one of the fire victims that was displaced....I did not receive what I was supposed to receive.......neither did several other victims who I have been in touch w/. Only one person received what they were supposed to. Rumors spreading around town that these funds have been misappropriated & that means stolen. I would appreciate some help investigating this. Several displaced occupants of 235 Water St. received nothing. I have no winter clothing. Neither does any of us except one person whom I hear had their rent paid for the next year. We lost everything we owned, none of us had any insurance....why did one person receive lots of help , when others received nothing!????
