Thursday afternoon Ellis (9) and Jay (23) was on the way home from black water creek from spending some time together, they were stopping to turn with their turn signal when they were struck from a on coming vehicle. Ellis was pronounced dead on the scene and Jay was took at UAB and now is suffering from a few injuries. They are needing this to help pay for the arrangements they have decided for him. We appreciate every little bit we can help them get.
