Help me to help my son

Hello,

My name is Stephen, I’m a 34 year old Divorcee currently living in the UK with a son (Charlie) who is living with his grandparents in the USA. For the last few years I have been fighting many false allegations as well as a divorce that has completely drained my financial resources. Due to the allegations, I no longer have a Green Card and I've had to do most of my fighting on short term Visa's. This time I can only fight from the UK with the battle half a world away in the USA.

I need to raise money for what could be my last chance to get my son out of the USA. He has expressed wanting to come to my house, however his mother will not allow it even though both maternal and paternal families want this move as this truly is in his best interest. The mother is unable to raise a child on her own and child services have been involved already, which is why Charlie currently lives with his grandparents. I don’t want them to be involved again or worse.

All the money raised will go towards getting my son to the UK. We have asked the courts for an Order of Relocation which could involve a trial. I don’t know what the final legal bill will be in the end and the amount here is based on a quote from a lawyer who is fighting my case.

I am fighting for my son and his future. At every battle I have told those present that he will be in grave risk of harm if he remains in the Mothers sole care. But it has always fallen to me to pay and to prove this and I can no longer afford those kinds of bills, which is why I am now asking for your help. Anything you can donate will mean so much to me as we have so far to go.
