Hey there, donut lovers!
If you've been in our lovely city more than a few days, you may have noticed the glaring donut-shaped void our darling Nashville suffers from.
FEAR NOT! Doh Nashville is here to fill that void with soft, chewy, fried (and sometimes baked) decadence!
We are a small, start-up company specializing in creating gourmet, handcrafted donuts.
We believe in supporting other local businesses by utilizing products and creating partnerships with other small businesses in town. Currently, we use bacon from Gifford's Smoked Bacon, jams and jellies from Nashville Jams, beer from Yazoo, and spirits from Corsair Distillery.
As most of you know, starting a business is a lot of hard work and can be very expensive. Currently, we are seeking donations in order to help fund a residency at the Nashville Farmer's Market, as well as equipment large and small, like fryers and proof boxes, cambros and sheet trays. Any extra funds will be put toward investing in a brick & mortar storefront.
Doh Nashville is headed by a seasoned pastry chef, Katy Futrell, whose work history includes cooking up desserts and breads at some of Nashville's most notable restaurants including Husk Nashville, Adele's by Jonathan Waxman, and 5th & Taylor, to name a few. Katy is completely dedicated and passionate about making this business a success.
