Dogs used for bow targets

Our German Shepherds Champ and Zoe were takin out of our back yard last wed night on November 2. This is as personal as it gets, They were deliberately took to use for target practice. Our female Zoe was found 4 days ago shot twice by bow and arrow first through the muscle of her tail it might have to be removed then again into the back of her neck up towards her head. Her neck is fractured pretty bad and bone came out of her head with arrow when dr were removing it. Champ our boy is still missing were searching for him everyday and night until he's home one way or the other. I'm single mom that's been through too much in such short amount of time and her bill keeps rising I need help to heal
