There was a time when Tampa had no professional sports teams — no Rays, no Buccaneers, no Lightning.
But Tampa did have weekly professional wrestling shows.
It was loved, looked forward to and seen as a legitimate sport back then, when fans had no clue about predetermined outcomes and they cheered in good faith.
Now our production company is working to save these stories and memories about a special time in Florida when wrestling reigned.
Championship Wrestling from Florida (CWF) and all the wonderful characters who were part of it need to be honored, remembered and saved. IF you agree... please help!
