My my sister got a call Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. both her children were in a rollover collision one son being care Flight (17) had Been Inpaled by a 6 Ft 2×4 through his abdomen & out his back ( still lodged in Him. He never lost conciousness, He tried to Help get his 15 yr old sister who was bleeding out of The Car, she Got out Then he realized he wood Fence post through his Body. Both taken to Trauma hospital
Elizabeth has stitches , lots of cuts and huge Goose egg on her head
Patrick was instantly Rushed into Trauma Surgery .
By The Grace of God he's alive, very sick On Ventilator, chest tube, spinal fractures, repeat surgeries to clean debris out , They can't close this huge wound stomach and back , They are already talking about weeks of medication to prevent infection, He's in ICU, they said he will have to have Skin Graphs , He's got lots of muscle & tissue missing, lacerated liver and Bruised kidney .
My sister is a Single Mom, Her kids are minors , someone Has to stay at all times ( like you could pull her from the ICU) but she can Not work while he's in the Hospital, Being a single mother of Two , she can't afford to miss work But Has no Choice
The kids have insurance, I'm just asking family , friends and anyone that can even remotely relate to help
Gas, food, hygiene, her meds , her bills For just this Month, She can Not take on one more Stressor right now.
She has to fight and be strong For both her children , in and put of the Hospital.
Patrick's birthday is in Nov, and I'm just trying to Think of everything I can to Help Her, So her Focus can be on Getting her Son Patrick Stable, Healthy & healed as she also provides for Elizabeth who is suffering in many ways ...My family is Trying to Do all we can , support, mental, emotional, spiritual, the Hospital is 30 min from her Home.
