Hello for those who don't know me my name is Tate I am very unique I have a condition that has only ever be seen 4 times globally. I am a very sick little boy with 12 illnesses including bone marrow failure and global delay. My life consists of endless therapy and hospital visits I so far have had 10 operations.   I am hoping to do some fundraising  and any donations would be greatly appreciated to help me get things to make my life a little easier like aids, toys the toys I need are very special like me ( see I can't walk,talk and are allergic to all food).       thanks to those who have already given me a donation towards all the equipment I need,  it enables me to get the sense to be like any other little boy I am still fighting love Tate x
