Getting to Mom

A year ago we found out my mom had brain cancer. Although cancer was not new to our family it was a shock nonetheless. Through the ups and downs of this difficulty journey we have been significantly blessed  by people to be where we needed to be when we needed to be there, and we are asking for help to do that once again. After her brain surgery in February this year, she recovered well and our hopes were high for a longer, sustainable and good quality life. Unfortunately, treatment is not an option for her now as the cancer and swelling is too much to handle. She was admitted to palliative care on the 24th of May, and her condition is getting worse. Our little family (Myself, Wife and 3yo daughter) is having a hard time making ends meet to make the 6hr drive to Alberta and be away from work here in Saskatchewan, but we want to be near to them in this delicate stage. We would humbly ask for help to those willing. May you be blessed for helping in any way possible, and for your prayers and thoughts. Our goal is set so that we could spend a couple weeks with family without having to worry about finances, though we will be taking time off work regardless. Any amount helps, thank you.
