I lost 2 friends Help me Honor Them

My Name is Michael Ryan Jr I'm entering my senior year at New Oxford High School in New Oxford Pa Class of 2017 and I'm the creater of the (FREE) Distracted Driving APP known as (DAVE) Let me tell you why I created the app. I was touched by a Distracted Driving Accident a few years ago. We and I say we because I was not the only one who lost a friend that day my school lost 5 students in one really bad accident so our whole community was touched by this event just so happens 2 of them were my friends. After this happened time did pass and I was sitting with my parents one day thinking of ways I could honor the memory of my late friends and I saw a TV commericial that really got me thinking... What if I could build a app that was simple to use that could truly make a difference not only for my age group but something that could be used by everyone so I started researching how to build a App back in late 2014.With alot of research and long days at school and help from my dad by March of 2016 I had a completed app to start beta testing. The journey was long but 110% worth it.We launched the App June 3rd with the help of PA State Senator Richard Alloway. The launch was Great we had ABC,FOX,NBC and CBS all there plus 4 Newpapers. I have never had 4 people all coming at me with mics before so to me this was a bit nerve racking but overall it went awesome. I need your Help so I can get the word out that Distracted Driving is the cause of 1-4 accidents in the U.S which=More than 1.6 million accidents every year because of Distracted Driving and thousands DIE. Together with your help we can reduce these numbers.

My current app Distracted Driving  (DAVE) is 100% FREE with no pop up adds so I'm not making any money off the app because I believe you can't put a price on saving a life.

The funds will be use to add even more great features to my current app. I will also use the funds to put together a PSA that I will air on TV. The only way to get the point across is teaching the masses one or thousands at a time. I will also use the funds for traveling to different areas to speak about the dangers of Distracted Driving.I will start traveling in AUG 2016 and on weekends during the school year. 

I'm hoping this means as much to you as it does to me because this trend of Distracted Driving is only getting worst. I will promise you that together we will make a difference and save lives.
