Digital Artist in Need of Help!
Hello! My name is Joe, and Thank you for taking time to read my story.
From the time I could hold a crayon I have been scribbling away creating sketches and doodles. It grew into a great passion where instead of sitting in boredom in class I would draw and create worlds and characters of my own. This art of mine evolved when I was in 5th grade and had access to a personal computer, where I could create art on an entirely different platform, and, I loved it. I had been creating art on paper still, and developing my art on a digital platform further, all the way into High School, in which I graduated in 2015. In that following Summer I created some of what I think are my finest works. The art that I look back to, to show all of my friends and family because I am passionate about them, and this is what I want the world to see. In the future I hope to even work on Illustrated Cook Books and Short Stories for children and young adults to read and possibly learn from.
Unfortunately, in the same Summer that I created my best work, my computer had a massive failure, and I lost 6 years of my work, and the computer completely died, making me incapable of creating more of my artwork until I am able to afford a new Computer, and the program that I used to create the artwork.
Because of Anxiety Issues, I am currently incapable of working or deiving, which makes the idea of buying a brand new computer and a program next to impossible, let alone caring for my needs. Which is why I am here to ask for your help! This new computer will help me become self sufficient and you may get something in return as well for your generous contribution!
To Clarify:
I have severe anxiety and cannot work, or even drive without having panic attacks. I am housed by a friend, but need to become self suffcient and that's why I need this computer so I can start doing Commissions and making enough money to where I can survive independently. Any amount of money helps.
The money will be spent on:
1. Computer
2. Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse
3. Art Software
4. Desk
5. Chair
The Computer will be used for:
1. Accepting and Working on Commissioned Pieces for work.
2. Possibly streaming the work process on Twitch.
