Help us put our angel to rest

On Sept 7 the lord needed an angel to come home. Dianna was an amazing mother to our 2 boys Hayden and Camden. She had a heart of gold and could always see the bright side of any situation. We moved to South Carolina a few years ago from Connecticut to make a better life for our little family. She was working towards her bachelor's degree in special education, and was so close to achieving her goal. She was diagnosed with Leukemia late July and the fight was a hard one. Dianna battled with all of her will to fight this horrible disease. She ultimately lost her fight with fluid build up on her brain, which was too much for her to battle. We would like to take her home to CT to have a service for her, as well as a service here in SC. We would appreciate any help at all to let everyone have their chance to say good bye to her.
