Diane Burtch's Aneurysm Fundraiser

On January 31st our sweet mom, doting Nanny, and selfless friend was sent to the ER with an excruciating migraine, something she’s been suffering with for years. After several days of going back and forth from the hospital a cat scan was performed and revealed that there were two very aggresive aneurysms in her brain. A giant aneurysm behind her eye which is compressing her optic nerve creating unbearable pain and a smaller one on the left side of her brain. 

Diane was flown to Toronto on February 4th, to be seen by some of the top surgeons in the country who have been discussing a plan of action for Mom. Since the complexity of the Aneurysm is quite unique the Neurosurgeons, Radiologist and Vascular Surgeons have been working around the clock trying to figure out the safest procedure for this woman we cannot bear to loose.

Many of you know our Mom, and you know how selfless she is. You also know that she is self-employed and has a very long road of recovery ahead of her with three surgeries already confirmed over the course of the next couple of months. We need mom to focus on her recovery without any financial stresses and would appreciate any donations that you could spare on her behalf. All funds will go directly to our Mother to pay for all her basic needs, fixed costs of living  and travel. Anything will be greatly appreciated
