Ok, Let me start by saying... THANK YOU, thank you all for believing I could even get to this part, for reading this and even giving it a second look. As most of you know my name is Mark Kreamer and I was just accepted to one of the premeire Paramedic schools on the eastern seaboard. I have been a full time EMT working for multiple private companies, a couple of small towns and a volunteer fire department. I have been a base supervisor and responsible for training new EMT's. This has been a dream of mine for a VERY long time. My only hesitation has (and continues to be) a financial one. It is my belief that most of my partners, patients and friends would say that I will make an excellent paramedic and that your investment would be a worth while one. I have always taken patient care VERY seriously and strived to be the most knowlegeable and skilled EMT I could be to best serve the public. That being said I am now looking for the OPPORTUNITY to PRACTICE medicine as a paramedic. This will give me the base skill set and licensure to persue my dream of becoming a great paramedic.
The total cost of the program is well over $13,000 and Katie and I have been carefully planning for this moving forward ( I foresee a lot of ramen noodles and hot pockets in our future) as every penny will come out of our pocket, but I feel that we need some help. Basically to break it down We have to come up with $3500.00 as the initial payment and then it will be $550.00 per month for 16 months. This is something I do not like doing.. I have spent a career attempting to do just that... Help... Asking for it is something I do not take lightly..
I will continue to work 48 hours at my full time job, 8 hours of classroom and approx 20 - 30 hours per week in clinicals.
Now I know some of you are as cash strapped as we are and to those of you, please, do not donate but maybe a share? For your investment I am only selling this.. I swear that I will work as hard and dilligently as I can to obtain this goal and your investment WILL go to helping others. I also know that there are so many worth while charities worth donating your hard earned money to, I only ask that you give if you can. Help me better myself so I can in turn better help those in the communities in which I work.
