Chloe Closs has just turned 2. She is in a battle – a battle doctors say she has only a 1 in 5 chance of surviving.
The battle is with a rare and very aggressive cancer – Rhomboid Meningioma “Metastic Cancer” Stage 4. It has already put her through intensive rounds of medical interventions – long periods of chemo, operations to remove tumors and she has lost a kidney and ovary.
She needs her family – Barry, Shiralee, Lexie & Noah – by her side during her long periods in hospital. And her family needs to be there.
That’s where we come in and. Every dollar we raise will help Chloe’s family focus that little bit more on themselves and a little less on finances.
UPDATE: Sadly, on September 17th, brave little Chloe lost her battle with this dreadful illness. All the money raised this year will be distributed according to the wishes of her family. The Disciples For Christ have decided to have annual fundraising memorial ride for Chloe. We hope you will join us a help carry her name, spirit and bravery into the continuing fight against childhood cancers.
