Funeral Expenses for Denzel Nash

Late on February 11th, 2016, 16 year-old Denzel Nash was senselessly and tragically shot in the head in an apartment in East New York.
I write this now as one of his many teachers who are heartbroken and sickened over this loss; Denzel was a junior at our high school, a former member of the soccer team, and a beloved friend to much of the student body.
In the aftermath of this tragedy, there are many unexpected expenses that his family is currently incurring. As his teachers, friends, family, or even well-meaning strangers, we want to come together to help give Denzel the proper farewell and burial that we all know he deserves.
If you can donate ANYTHING - one dollar, five dollars, a hundred dollars, or even just share the page - absolutely anything, it would be beyond appreciated. All of the proceeds from this page will be going directly to Denzel's family and will be used to help pay for his funeral.
