Hello everyone,
We are the UW-Whitewater Chapter of the Delta Chi Fraternity. We have some sad news to share about our 130 year old histroic home at 707 West Main Street. Our house is crumbling with it's paint peeling in many spots, wood rotting inside and outside, leaking ceilings, and unexpected house wear and tear. We desperately need your help in completeing the following projects:
Replace:
- Front yard sidewalk
- Wood mulch with rock
- Dead shrubbery on property
- Deteriorated roof
- Energy Inefficient windows
Perform:
- Strip, Prime, and Painting of entire house
- Various basic internal appliances (Washers, Dryers, etc.)
We appreciate your generosity in helping the Whitewater Chapter restore our Historic Landmark to its former glory.
