Help Family of Murdered Neighbor

Gerard Foster was murdered July 6 at 8:03am at the Allen Wilson Apartments in Decatur.  Gerard was married just over a year to an established City of Decatur resident and mother to two CSD students.  During this time of grief for the family this campaign has been created to express condolences, show support and help in a small way to defer costs associated with this tragedy.   

I did not know Gerard and have never met his wife or stepchildren but as a Decatur citizen I believe it's important to come together as a community to tell this family that the untimely and violent death of their loved one is a tragedy borne not alone but by our community as a whole.
