Jasmine Lynnae 'Jazz' Pratt entered into the world on April 20, 1990 to Norma Sue Clark and Michael Pratt. Jasmine, known as 'Jazz' to her family and friends, was a free spirited young lady and lived everyday of her life to the fullest. Jazz loved her children and family very much.
Jazz attended Highland Elementary and Beveridge Middle Schools. She completed her education at Omaha South High School.
She departed this life and entered into eternal life on Sunday, August 9, 2015 in Omaha, Nebraska.
She is preceded in death by grandfathers Norman McFarland and William Carr.
She leaves to cherish her memories of her children: Jaquez, JaNiya, Jayden, Jayani, JaNeya and Jaya.

Sisters: Michaelyn Pratt, Markeyia, and Jakeyia Bogard,
