Legal fund for Noah's case

As most of you know, Noah is in a Residential treatment program to help him learn new skills, deal with his behavior issues and to enhance his educational opportunities.   

This whole process has been long and hard and it was the toughest decision I have made as a mother to place him there.  In order to do that, I had to agree to let DCFS do and investigation.  What they did not tell me was that I would also be on trial in a juvenile court , basically Guilty until proven innocent, for neglect.  

The investigator told me that the case is beng presented as what they call a NO FAULT Dependancy case.  That is supposed to mean that I will not end up with any permanent charges.  BUT... I still need to appear in court multiple times, and the Judge strongly recommended that I secure an attorney.  I asked for a court appointed attorney and was DENIED twice.  

If I am charged with neglect ( which is so far from the truth) then I am in danger of losing my RN liscense and then my livlihood.  

I really need to secure an attorney and this was a totally unplanned expense for us.  Since Noah is in a residential facility, DCFS has taken the subsidy money that used to help pay the bills including rent and utilities.  My Ex has stopped paying the proper child support ( on his own idea I might add) stating he does not have to support Noah anymore. My ex has also threatened to sue me for Sole custody of Brigid on the basis that I should have put Noah in an "Institution" years ago and by me NOT doing that, I was neglectful and therefore not fit to parent Brigid. ( He really is delusional) 

I really need an attorney to help me fight all of this nonsense so I am appealing to you to help Brigid, Noah and I keep our family together.
