DC Free Assange Vigil Funds

Took a leave of absence to take care of my mother and am hosting the DC vigil to #FreeAssange. Tickets cost me almost 900 between coming to Michigan and flying to DC. I just need funds for food and taxi service while in DC.  I hate asking for help but not sure how to raise the funds.
