David Redmond

David Redmond didn’t have friends. When he loved someone he didn’t love them halfway and that meant if he loved you, you were family. When you spoke to him he treated you like you were the only one in the room and if you needed something, the question was barely out of your mouth before he agreed to help with whatever it was, large or small.

There are no words to truly capture what those of us who loved him have lost. But that loss is most profoundly felt by his wife and sons, Makeda, John Paul and Brandon. His daily absence in their lives is one that none of us can fill or replace, but we can help by offering what we can to ease their financial burden and allow them to focus on their healing. We can be the support for them that David was for so many of us.
