Hello family and friends of David English,
With a heavy heart I ask for your help. After a long, hard battle with cancer, my brother in law David English said his final goodbye on April 26, 2018. He was first diagnosed with bladder cancer in the spring of 2016 and had to quit working soon after due to the intensity of the chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Even on his worst days, he never gave up the fight. During this time he also had multiple surgeries and had to make frequent trips out of the area for care. Although his medical expenses were covered, he was dealing with all of the added expenses of traveling for his medical care.
As you can imagine, the family is grieving and the last thing we want them to worry about is finances. Cremation expenses are only the beginning for this family and he was worried to the very end about leaving behind two kids in college. Anyone who knew Dave knows that he had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it. Please consider helping this family in their time of need. Thank you.
It was beautiful
As long as it lasted
The journey of my life
I have no regrets
Whatsoever save
The pain I’ll leave behind.
Those dear hearts
Who love and care…
And the heart strings pulling
At the heart and sole…
The strong arms
That held me up
When my own strength
Let me down.
At every turning of my life
I came across
Good friends,
Friends who stood by me
Even when the time raced me by.
Farewell, farewell
My friends
I smile and
Bid you goodbye.
No, shed no tears
For I need them not
All I need is your smile.
If you feel sad
Do think of me
For that’s what I’ll like.
When you live in the hearts
Of those you love
Remember then
You never die.
