Those who know Dave and Sue Chaffey know the journey they have been through in their lives, together for almost 40 years, lived through the loss of 4 children including the heartbreak of losing a child to SIDS.
Then 17 years ago Dave was almost lost to an industrial accident and fought for 11 years through countless operations and court dates for justice and we all marveled at how they had turned their lives around and had survived and thrived where many of us would have given up.
What you may not know is that after all of that fate has handed Dave the cruelest card and on the 23rd of December he was diagnosed with Cancer.
Dave is to proud to ask for help so we are doing it for him, by virtue of being a hard worker who never takes leave he did have a lot of leave and sick days but they are fast running out, as well as his own medical bills they have the added expense of young Noahs treatment for his Autism.
Dave and Sue are fighters and survivors but after all they have been through i m asking every single person whos lives they have touched and affected to dig deep and help where they can, we know Dave will beat this but dont want the cost of it to break him, they dont deserve that so from the bottom of our hearts please join our campaign and lets smash our target.
