Hi Friends, I need your help. My daughter Dani was nominated to attend this journalism conference in Washington DC.
If you know Dani, you know that I am not exaggerating when I say she is a straight A's student, loves writing, helping, advocating, and learning. She is an outstanding student, hard worker, and has a heart of gold. God knows that she deserves this chance.
This opportunity means the world to her and I would love to see her live this experience. Tuition is $1950 and airfare is about a $1000 roundtrip. As embarrassed as I am to admit this, my desire for her to live this experience is way greater than my concern for what people will think of me.
So ego aside, I am asking for you to pitch in so Dani can attend this conference this Summer.
