Daniel Jalen Comer Fund

Donation protected
On January 19th, Daniel Comer had just stepped out of his mother's car and was walking into his grandmother's home when he was hit by a vehicle that was previously being pursued by the California Highway Patrol. He was immediately taken to the hospital with major injuries and in critical condition.

The accident has left him hospitalized and undergoing multiple surgeries from the incident. As a mother, Kimberly Cooley was not only faced with tragically watching the event take place, but watching her son endure this road to recovery. No parent should ever have to go through such a frightening moment and no child should ever be victim to such a devastating accident.

In a moment’s time, Daniel's, a kind souled 13 year old basketball player and student at Wilson C. Riles Middle School, life has changed forever! Daniel comes from a loving family and our resident Mr. Cooley, who is known and loved by many within the community.

As a community, lets come together to support this family as much as possible to offset some of those costs.  Please donate what you can.  I have set a goal, but whatever amount we raise is better than nothing.

All money raised will go to Kimberly and Daniel to use towards expenses (i.e. food, gas, medical costs, etc) from this accident as they see fit.  As a community, we want this to be one less thing they have to have to worry about.

Thank you everyone for viewing and reading this and look forward to seeing how much we can all raise together.

Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
