Dangerous dog appeal

Donation protected
My name is Cindy Davis. I am a single mother who runs a dayhome since March 2015, and owns a very loving Pittbull/Mastiff mix who is a very big part of my family, and honorary daycare member, who was deemed a dangerous dog as of Dec 1 2016. I am pleading with the public to help me fund my appeal.
I have had issues with this person since I got my dog June/July 2015. She's threatened to poison my dog, she's repeatedly teased and agitated my dog through my back fence, animal control and the police have spoken to her and told her to stay away from my fence, she refused, and still came to my fence repeatedly, numerous times, numerous times during the day.
Last summer she tried having my dog deemed dangerous because my dog had allegedly lunged at her through the fence, she didn't, I do not let my dog out in yard(fully fenced) without my supervision due to the old lady threatening to poison her or to make me get rid of her. Animal control assessed my dog last summer and deemed she wasn't dangerous.
In April of this year, my dog got out the front door when someone was leaving, she played and sniffed at the neighbours kids in the drive way before going around the corner towards the accusers house(she has 2 lil dogs my dog wants to play with) my dog left my moms eye sight for 3 seconds, in those 3 seconds the accuser is saying my dog viscously attacked her and her dogs, when I arrived with my dogs leash the accuser was holding my dog by the collar talking to my mom and then 2 1/2 year old daughter, I observed my dog wagging her tail and the accusers dogs both 4-5 feet away from the owner, none of the dogs seemed to show signs of an attack taken place or feeling threatened or acting aggressively to my dog, when I walked up to the accuser she immediately starting yelling and freaking out wanting someone to help her with this crazy dog. She showed my mom and me her right hand stating my dog attacked and bit her, she had no marks on her, my mother and I collected my dog from her and left.
The attack she described in her witness statement is like out of the movie kujo, and was very different from her testimony.
In her testimony she admitted to not seeking medical attention for her self or her dogs, but yet she was attacked by a large dog and only received a very tiny burn blister type mark from this alleged attack. The photo provided is what she's saying my dog did, which is not the photo taken the day of this alleged attack, but a few days after. She also wouldn't supply the courts with medical forms stating her injury was caused by a dog bite, she also while testifying couldn't identify my dog as being the attacker when shown a picture.
She also after this alleged attack occurred stuck a rake through the gaps in my fence, resulting in my dog being cut on her paw, while my child was 2 feet away!!! I have informed police of this and they talked to her about it but since I didn't have a witness (aside from my daughter) I couldn't press charges. I was also informed that even though she's clearly been harassing myself and dog it was not enough to charge her.
I also was not allowed to bring to the courts attention the accusers actions before or after the alleged attack. I asked for an adjournment as the solicitors office was refusing to get the animal and police reports for me, and was refused.
I am pleading with the public, to help my case.
Any money raised over what I would need will be donated to prairie pooches rescue.
