This Chula Vista native and US Army Veteran suffered severe injuries and could use your help please pitch in.

Hi family and friends.
I apologize for not being up to date with his recovery but its been a long rollercoaster ride for us. Since his neck fusion surgery which was done in March, he has been complaing about dizziness and balance issues. Damian had too much brain liquid(hydrocephalus) that wasn't draining correctly due to to much scar tissue trapping the hydrocephalus in his brain and causing inflammation of the brain. On May 7 they placed a shunt going from the brain to the mouth of the stomach. He was recovering well until he began with complications this Friday. So here we are June 6 and back here, what seems to be our new home. We wanted to take the time to say thank you and we are greatful to have you impacted our lives immensely.
Anything counts !

Hello,
My husband has been slowly getting better with time , they said after the skin graph procedure there's chances of him being nauseous and well the nausea hasn't stopped since Friday. Since he is still being fed through the tube and has excessive swelling in his throat we might take longer to go to rehabilitation. Its been a long process and we are at the very beginning still but we are greatful for his life. I just asked that you take a moment and donated, any amount is greatly appreciated. We will need the funds to upgrade our home since he will be in a wheelchair and unable to move his neck still, and help with our medical finance. I thank you so much for keeping my

husband in your prayers.

Hello family and friends I wanted to give you a quick update and let everyone know my husband is finally receiving his last surgery which is a graph on his left lower leg.
The doctors are extremely impressed with how quickly he is recovering after having surgery on his left femur , surgery on his right tibia, fibula and having major muscle disfuntion. As well as the most important surgery that could of cost him his life, reconnecting his skull to his spine which was the last surgery done on the 3/9. I thank the doctors who saved his life and most importantly a big thanks to the man up above . Since I care for him 24/7 I don't have the opportunity or state of mind to finish my real estate exam test and without it that means no funds the only thing were counting on is his disability which isn't much. It's hard to stay strong when the person who is your back bone is hurt, but you guys have given me the strength needed to keep my head up for him and for that I am forever greatful.

Any amount is appreciated and thank you,
From Damian and Sherrylou
