Have you ever wondered how you could possibly repay those that gave you life?
Imagine getting that opportunity, would you let it pass you by or do all that you can to make it happen?
Our dear friend Victoria Kelson Hill has that opportunity, but she needs your help.
Victoria is one of those people who would literally give the shirt off her back if someone she loved needed it. She has repeatedly been selfless in her giving. She does not like to ask for help. This time however, she knows that she needs some assistance and so we are reaching out to all of you.
Victoria’s father was diagnosed with kidney failure last year and after consultations with different doctors, the conclusion was the same; he needs a kidney to survive.
After family testing, and initially being told she was not a match, it turns out his baby girl is a perfect match and candidate to give her dad a kidney to save his life!
Gifting someone with the gift of life is rewarding in many aspects, whether it’s birthing a child, or donating an organ, you are constantly grateful to have been able to provide the gift.
Victoria & her husband Dennis are like most families in current times relying on dual incomes. Among other bills they have a substantial mortgage and childcare times 2 for their two and five year olds.
Add in travel expenses as Victoria prepares for surgery by traveling to and from Florida and time off as she prepares for and recovers from the surgery, the money needed quickly adds up.
We do not want financial restraints to withhold Victoria from being able to donate to her father, nor do we want that to be a constant area of concern.
Anything you can give will be very appreciated and allow her to donate this invaluable gift to her dad and recover with a little less to worry about.
