Medical Expenses For Coco

Donation protected
Monday Dec 2nd my cat somehow injured herself not sure how since I was working and no one else was home. I suspected that her right paw was broken and rushed her to an emergency vet. After having one emotional breakdown because she was hurt I spiraled into another one while I was at the hospital. After spending $337 at the 516 Animal Hospital in Old Bridge they couldn't tell me if her foot was broken. The next morning I had the x-rays sent to my normal vet for him to look at. He didn't charge me to look at them and said it was a bad break that would require a specialized hospital such as Garden State Vet Hospital or North Star Vets. Her appointment was tonight, Wednesday 12/4, and it was worse then I thought. She tore the ligaments in her paw which resulted in the dislocation of the bones. In order for them to fix her foot requires a bone fusion with a metal plate, an uncommon surgery. They have to special order the metal plate she needs. She is temporarily in a splint. Tonight I spent $647 for chest xrays, pre-op blood work, office, and specialist. I feel absolutely horrible. I understand what it's like not to walk. After my ankle fusion it was hell. I don't want her to suffer anymore. I am in the process of saving money for the remaining balance of her surgery which is why I made the goal 4k. Any help is more the appreciated and I am grateful. Any donations will now be going towards all of her post op care and would be appreciated.
