I need help

So I'll be that other person, that is also asking for help, but this move has been more difficult then I ever imagined and I have burned through my savings so quickly just trying to live a basic life. I hate (as everyone else says) having to ask for help but I need it right now as everything continues to settle, but I do. So, if you can help I'd be eternally grateful but I'm in a new land with little resources as I wait for my paperwork to go through, which is taking forever due to French vacations and the lack of governmental response during that time.
