Field of Dreams

Hamilton Baseball, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer run organization, dedicated to providing affordable baseball to the boys and girls of the community. Chartered in 1950, in cooperation with the City of Baltimore, Hamilton Baseball was given exclusive use of the 14 acres of land to organize a Little League. Our mission is to use the game of Baseball as a tool to educate, promote, and instill the qualities necessary to succeed in the game of life. Our focus is to provide the best and safest possible environment in which to encourage participation, develop character and discipline, promote teamwork, and advocate citizenship and a sense of community pride. We receive no public funding. In its place, we rely on sponsors, donations, registration fees, and volunteers for our year-round operation. This includes facilities and field equipment maintenance, paying utilities, uniform and equipment purchases, and umpire fees.  We are in desperate need of new field equipment; in particular, replacing our aging riding mower. It is a 21 year old Exmark Lazer Zero turn mower that we have used to maintain our complex for the last decade. Additionally, this year’s fundraising efforts will help toward fulfillment of the following needs: Ø  Repairs to Concessions fryer hood and fire suppression system; Ø  Field maintenance materials for the program; Ø  Team uniforms and equipment With Your tax deductible donation to Hamilton Baseball, for our program's 68th year, we expect to host over 200 children in multiple player divisions ranging from our beginners in clinic, 4-6 yrs. through to 13-15 yrs. in our senior division.
