Hi Everyone!
I am in American Heritage Girls and am working on my Stars and Stripes award! It has the equivalent of an Eagle Scout and involves at least 100 hours of planning and implementing. It also has to have a long lasting affect on the community.
Balm Baptist Church is in Wimauma, Fl and they currently do not have an outdoor play area for kids and teenagers. I am replacing their existing basketball court that is cracked and dirty, putting in new in-ground basketball hoops, installing a commercial grade playground, and fencing it in.
I have set this goal of $15,000 to cover the entire cost of the basketball court replacement. I hope to have the goal met by the end of 2018. If you are able to give, it would mean the world. If you can't, I ask that you pray that I am able to remember to glorify God throughout the project and that this makes a difference in the community.
