Voting YES in the referendum to Repeal the 8th is the reason I cited for registering to vote, long before I ever even could. Now that the time has come, I find myself studying abroad in Berlin. Flights are abnormally expensive on that weekend, but I have paid for them on my minimum wage, minimum hours contract due to the absolute urgency at hand. I have also had to take unpaid leave to fly home. If anyone could contribute any funds they might have spare, it would help me enormously to cover this unexpected expense. I appreciate every single euro.
