Since the inaugural March for Science, our group has spearheaded a mission to engage with the public on scientific matters. We are hoping to further our mission through a second annual March for Science: Science Festival! Last year, we reached over 500 community members and ignited a persisting interest in science.
This year will be even better. We'll be hosting our event at the Sprint Pavillion and will have interactive booths for people of all ages! There will be food trucks, speakers, fun science, and will culminate with a short march down the mall.
In order to make this event possible, we need your support! We're asking for funds for logistics, insurance, publicity materials, and equipment. Please consider donating to help make sure this event is just as engaging, interactive, and fun as last year's!
All extra funds will go towards developing sustainable science outreach and advocacy events throughout the year! Thank you for your support!
