ANSWERS FOR BABY SCOTTY

Meet Scotty. He was born on December 16th, 2014. He was born 8 weeks early due to the placenta being 70 percent detached. When we got to the hospital his heartrate was only 30 BPM. We had a stat c section and my little boy was born not breathing and with hardly any heartbeat. He was revived and spent 31/2 weeks in the NICU. He had a few hospital visits after that but overall was pretty healthy. On September 14th all of that changed. We rushed to the hospital due to my little man having some seizures. During the diagnostic procedures they have found other things going on as well. When We were admitted all of the EEGS were coming back fine. The MRI however showed a moderate to large collection of blood vessels and swelling. The doctors are completely stumped about where it came from and what caused it and what to do with it.  We have been referred to Boston children hospital for further treatment due to the doctors in Florida not being able to find a answer. On top of the neurology issues he has been diagnosed with epilepsy, hydropronosis (enlarged kidneys), and we are currently waiting for genetic testing to be done, and to find out why the babies muscles work too hard, along with some other issues.  The appointments in Boston will not be covered by insurance and some genetic testing is not covered either. I have a appointment scheduled with Boston children hospital on November 23rd as they are the lead in neurology to get a second opinion as what is going on with him can be very dangerous. The initial visit is 1200$ and that doesn't including testing or follow up appointments. I am asking for help to cover medical and travel expenses. I also am a single mom and work 7 days a week and with all of this stuff going on I am going to have to take time off of work for appointments which I can not afford. If you can donate ANYTHING at all that would  be greatly appreciated. Please help in any way and share this to help Scotty get the answers he desperately deserves.
