Curtis Moorhead Accident Fund

My brother Curtis was severely injured while putting gas in his jeep on a county Highway on 5/7/17 near Yale, Iowa. Curtis was in ICU for 5 days and is now on a regular room. He is now off the ventilator and has a long road to recovery. Hospital staff don't have an exact timeline on him being inpatient, but expect it to be through the summer. When he improves he will be moved to a rehabilitation floor to begin extensive physical therapy. Curtis is now awake and talking and has been surrounded by family and friends since the accident. Those of you who know Curtis, know he is a helper and will not ask for help. This has been a humbling moment for him and us all. The funds will be used for his homeowner expenses, family transportation to and from Perry to Des Moines, food and any medical needs that will arise.
