Divorcing Parents Curriculum

We are fundraising to develop an Audio/Visual curriculum, offered nationwide, to help divorcing parents protect their children from the emotional scars of divorce. Divorce is epidemic in our society. These classes will be offered at low cost to parents and will provide a support system for parents going through the divorce process.

Our goal is to reduce the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in our youth population. Today's young people are in trouble and have difficult lives. This curriculum will be based on the content of our Documentary, Calming the Storm of Divorce, allowing parents to acquire the necessary skills to have a better family life. This training will have a strong impact in helping parents become aware of this growing problem in our families. The Audio/Visual curriculum will be developed by Dr. Michael Popkin, a renowned Family Psychologist, who has also developed other programs focusing in similar areas. 

We have completed a documentary, being shown on PBS that outlines the skills needed to accomplish our goal. A followup curriculum is now needed to teach these skills nationwide. We would like your help funding this curriculum.
