Mano a Mano (M2) is the first and only gay men’s chorus AND one of the only independent civic Non-Government Organizations in Cuba.

Mano a Mano's month-long trip to the U.S. spans from performances with Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA), to Denver for Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses (GALA) Festival 2016 (first time in the Festival’s 33 year history that Cuba will participate). From there, M2 heads to Washington DC, Vassar College, Provincetown's Town Hall and will conclude with a rousing concert in South Florida.
Every dollar you donate will effectively be doubled!
Founded in 2014 by Cuban American, Fermin Rojas and his husband, Jay Kubesch, Mano a Mano has a robust vision and mission to use the power and language of music to encourage and advance LGBT rights in Cuba and abroad. As Cuba’s first and only gay singing ensemble, M2 has earned attention for being at the crossroads of a historic moment for U.S.-Cuban relations. They are a leading independent LGBT voice in Cuba and have participated in TED X Havana, the Leo Brouwer Music Festival, and CENESEX Gala Against Homophobia and Transphobia and sang for Ambassadors from Norway, Great Britain and France.
