Letter Carrier Donates Her Kidney..

Hi Im Kim Zielkiewicz a letter carrier in East Aurora, NY. Awhile back I saw a vehicle in a parking lot with a sign on it asking for a kidney donation. Something told me I needed to help this person and from there I took it to heart to see if I could help...I have cleared all medical qualifications and I am scheduled for surgery on November 30, 2015 After donating my kidney I will be required by my Dr. to be off from work a minimum of 8 weeks. My work classification does not allow me to accrue sick leave. I will be in need of funds to cover lost wages, rent...I would greatly appreciate from the bottom of my heart any donations as I will be out of work for at least 2 months.
