I need help to save my hands

Donation protected
I need to come up with 10% of the cost of surgery before they will perform it, it's not considered necessary, however if I don't have it I will never regain full use of my hands ever again. In the last 10 years I've battled cancer 3 times and survived, lost half my siblings to suicide, and my wife and children's mother walked away from us. I've never asked for help, I've always found away, but this time I don't see a way.  Ive lost all hope. Thank you for reading my story. I've received so much help from friends and strangers alime. I've also received purely hateful comments, and been accused of scamming people. If you don't know me, take the time to learn, look at my profile, my friends. Many look at the photos and comment that I just need to put lotion on it, or grow up and live with it. If that is your reaction don't help, but don't judge. I tell my story like this so people may see why I have lost hope, some would like more details, so here is what you see in the photos. This picture was taken after 1 month at Regions hospital in St. Paul. I was transported from Dell Rapids to business aviation in Sioux Falls, from there flown straight to the hospital, within minutes of arriving I was put on a table with my body restained so I couldn't pull away from the terror or pain, I payed there for almost 4 hours as several nurses and doctors used wire brushed to scrape the burnt flesh and tissue from the bone leaving only bone and nerves exposed. After the initial first day this process had to be done daily due to the nature of how severe burns continue to cause damage, after 2 full weeks of this, a synthetic grafts were applied to start a platform for skiing to be applied, and allowing for nerves and muscles to regenerate. This took up another week, where they had to remove the bandages and clean any new infection out, again used brushes, pics whatever they needed to do. Finally I was ready for skin grafting, If you don't know what that is here is a short breakdown, your put to sleep and they start by shaving many layers of skin from your thigh, they do this until they get down to a layer of tissue that has not completely develope, they then shave large pieces off and perforate them so they look like a screen, then the stretch it and applied it to the affected area, if not applied just right, or if they are rejected, existing muscle and nerve cells do not form a correct bond leaving your hands with no nerve pathways to tell the muscles to expand or retract, during this process the nerves and muscles that have not stated to heal begin to scar over more and more each day, leaving no feeling or control trying to hold a pen or pencil is a challenge, and they will never just heal spontaneously, the grafts must be cut out, the nerves and muscles scar tissue has to be removed and the entire grafting process must begin again. As I said earlier corrective surgery is not considered medically necessary, so the hospital can refuse to do it, they are only required to provide emergency stabilizing procedures, my hands now are always full of infection, that is why they are so red and swollen. My bodies immune system must constantly fight the infection, which compromises my immune system, so even the flu could be life threatening. That is the best I can do to explain, I'm sure I will still here that I'm trying to scam people out of money, the photos are photoshopped... If that is what you get out of this,  just move on, leaving demoralizing and hateful comments just causes more pain. I'm not proud that I have to ask for help, frankly it sickens me that I can't do this on my own. This is a situation that makes me feel worthless already, and I can't afford to think that way, I have children and now a grandchild on the way, I can't give up. Thank you if you took the time to read this, and know that I will never forget what people have done for me, and will pay it forward in full.
